Our pet Taxi takes your cat or dog to the Groomer, Veterinarian and more. We pick up, stay with your pet (s) throughout the appointment, and return them home.

The goal of this is to do everything digitally making processes easier and user friendly.
If you are a first time client, you can reach out to us via our contact page or by a phone call. Once we receive your inquiry for service including a working email we will email you a link to create an account. Once your account is set up you will see a request for service form for you to fill out completely. Within 48 hours after we receive your inquiry we will email back a quote based on the answers you gave and our recommendation of the best services tailored for you and your pet. This may require a quick follow up phone call to clarify your needs and provide excellent service.
Once a client becomes familiar with our client profile management system, we ask that clients use the online system to book (and make changes to) appointments. We also require the client to make sure their profile is kept up to date. Your client profile is a road map to our success of caring for your pet. If clients need to cancel, clients need to login to the profile system and request the cancellation, call the office at 502-999-6674 or email info@got2petsit.com. Individual pet sitters do not have ability to make changes to the schedule. We ask that to maintain integrity of the schedule that clients communicate with the office.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, We require clients keep the payment form within the profile system up to date at all times. Clients are sent confirmations and invoices within the profile system management Program which is a secure portal. If paying by cash, arrangements must be made at the time of booking so we can send a link to pay your account in order for dates of services to be reserved. Failure to make cash payment arrangements at booking may delay or forfeit your reservation completely. We no longer accept checks for payment of services. Clients may however, leave a tip in the client portal profile at time of processing or they may choose to leave cash as a gratuity method for their sitters
A 3% processing fee will be added to cover processing costs.
For Vacation and Trips
Once your schedule is confirmed and your sitters assigned your card will be automatically charged. If paying by cash a email with a link for payment will be sent and must be paid within 24 hours to reserve your dates. We do not give refunds however, a credit will be placed on your account for future use.
For Recurring Daily/Weekly/Monthly Clients
Your card will be charged when your schedule begins each month. Cancellations or unused visits will not be credited or rolled over to your account.
If You Would Like To Leave A Gratuity through our system and in your portal or app you can:
A service fee per visit will be applied for each major holiday including: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thunder Over Louisville, Oaks, Derby and Juneteenth.

A $5 service fee will be charged to visits requested with less than 24 hours notice.
A $10 service fee for “Same Day” service requests.
A $5 dollar fee will be charged for “before” and “after hours”
Same day services cannot be guaranteed that a sitter is available.
A 3%processing fee will be added to cover credit card processing costs.
Daily & Weekly Visits
(Those booked one or more days a week)
A 24 hour advance notice is required for cancellations on all days in order to receive a full credit towards future services. Any cancellation made out side of the required 24 hours will not be refunded or credited. If a cancellation has not been submitted through the profile management system and approved and our sitter arrives at the client home to provide care, client account will be charged the visit fee. (Acts of God , weather, illness etc) will be considered on a case-by-case bases.
Vacation and/or Holiday Travel Services
Non-Holidays- A (14) day advanced notice is required for cancellations on vacation visits in order for the client deposit to be credited to their account for future use. A cancellation made less than (14) days advance notice as required will not receive a refund or credit on account.
Holidays- A (21) day advanced notice is required for holidays in order for client to receive half of deposit as a credit on account. A cancellation made less than (21) days in advance as required does not receive a credit on their account.
Clients who book repeated trips from year to year or in advance of 3-6 months; A (3) month advance notice of cancellation is required in order to receive a credit on their account. A cancellation made less than 3 months in advance does not receive a credit and full payment is not refunded.
A cancellation made out side of the required cancellations dates listed above will not be refunded or credited. Acts of God will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Early return on trips does not constitute refund for services not used as sitters cannot be booked for other clients services.
Per VeterinarIan recommended, all dogs must be visited no less than 3 times within a 24 hour period, excluding client departure and arrival.
All cats must be visited no less than one time daily and within a 24 hour period and are veterinarian recommended.
In the event of a medical emergency, Got 2 petsit, LLC/Pet Sitter is authorized by client to seek emergency veterinarian care with release from all liabilities related to transportation, treatment and expense. Should the clients specified veterinarian be unavailable, Got 2 petsit, LLC /Pet Sitter is authorized to approve medical/emergency treatment (excluding euthanasia) as recommended by a veterinarian. Additional charges may apply. Clients will be contacted in the event of an emergency by phone, email, and text for direction from the client. It is the client’s responsibility to have an updated payment form on file with your veterinarian /emergency veterinarian of choice. We highly suggest contacting your veterinarIan before departing for your trip and notifying them that Got 2 petsit, LLC will be caring for your pet(s) during your specified vacation schedule and authorizing payment.
Please be advised that if there are other persons outside of Got 2 petsit /Pet Sitter entering and leaving the clients home, Got 2 petsit, LLC /Pet Sitter can not be held liable for any damages to property or pets well being as a result. Additionally, Got 2 petsit, LLC requires clients to inform us at the time of Request for Service and / or in the client online profile of anyone who may have access to the client home/property/facility while the client is away, or that will be on the property while we are providing service. This includes (but is not limited to) cleaning services, lawn care services, repair companies/ persons, friends, family, neighbors, trainers, etc. For the safety of client, pet sitter, four legged fur loves, and home, no person should be permitted in client home during the same times our pet sitters are providing services, unless special arrangements have been made through the management of Got 2 petsit, LLC. We prefer that, for accountability and liability reasons, no other individual should be providing care services at the same time Got 2 petsit, LLC /Pet Sitter is providing pet care services. If client chooses to allow other individuals to share care, Got 2 petsit, LLC /Pet Sitter cannot be held liable for any misconduct or mistreatment of personal property or animals that occurs outside of our care schedule.
Got 2 petsit, LLC / Pet Sitter will make every ATTEMPT to administer medication ( pills and injections) as directed but cannot be held responsible for complications, that arise as a result.
Excessively shy, aggressive or scared pets with medical problems can be a serious risk to both the care-provider and the pet themselves. If the client has such an animal, we reserve the right to decline providing service and this must be thoroughly discussed PRIOR to services rendered. Additional charges may apply for administering medication, or for extra time spent in caring for sick or injured pets.
All pets are to be up to date on vaccinations prior to booking services. Clients are required to show proof of vaccinations within their profile under the “pets” tab. Failure to keep this updated may result in us not being able to provide service. Should Pet Sitter be bitten or otherwise exposed to any disease, illness, or ailment received from Client’s animal which has not been properly and currently vaccinated, client agrees to pay all costs and damages incurred by the victim, Pet Sitter or other animal. Additional charges may apply.
Animal behavior can be unpredictable. Got 2 Petsit, LLC does not accept responsibility or liability for animal behavior, normal or otherwise, which results in injury or death to the client‘s animals, If Client’s pet(s) will not allow Got 2 petsit, LLC / Pet Sitter into client home, or prevent client pet sitter to provide routine duties, Got 2 petsit, LLC / Pet Sitter will contact client and/or client’s emergency contact listed in their profile in Time To Pet system and other arrangements will be made. We do not provide free or discounted services if the dog’s aggressive behavior prevents us from performing our regular duties. In the event the client’s dog bites or injures the Pet Sitter, or other pet/animal in the residence, client is responsible for all medical fees associated with the Pet Sitters injury. Additional charges may apply.
It is the pet/home/facility owner’s sole responsibility to “pet-proof” any areas of the home/property/facility to which their pet(s) has access. This includes thoroughly inspecting fences, gates, doors, latches and other devices (including crates, playpens and the like) meant to contain the pet (s) or restrict access to specific areas. Got 2 petsit, LLC / Pet Sitter does not assume responsibility and has no liability for any injuries the pet(s) may sustain or property damage the pet(s) may cause while in its own home/property/facility.
Fences/Gates/Enclosures
Fenced in yards are great for play and potty spaces for pets however, no fence system is totally secure. Got 2 petsit, LLC/ Pet Sitter does not accept responsibility or liability for any pets that escape, are injured or become lost, fatal or otherwise, when pets are left out or given access to a fenced area. This includes electronic, wood, metal, glass or any other enclosure types.
Crates/Playpens/Carriers
Crates /playpens are great secure spaces for pets, however, no crate or playpen is totally secure. Got 2 petsit, LLC / Pet Sitter does not accept responsibility or liability for any pets that escape, become injured or lost, fatal or otherwise, when pets are left in a crate unattended or in a playpen that is being improperly used or not sufficient enough for the pet(s). This includes: plastic, metal or any other crate types.
Collars and Leashes & Harnesses
All dogs and cats will be required to be properly collared with I.D tag. Additionally, all dogs are to be properly collared, harnessed and leashed during outdoor walks. Got 2 petsit, LLC/Pet Sitter is not responsible for damage incurred by pet escaping because of faulty leases and collar that is incorrectly fitted. Please make sure that your pets collars and harnesses fit properly. Got 2 petsit, LLC / Pet Sitter have the right to use a harness and leash of their liking in order to provide proper pet care service when walking your dog or taking them out on leash to potty.
Got 2 petsit, LLC/Pet Sitter will properly dispose of pet waste and do our best to clean up any accidents Client pet(s) may have, Got 2 petsit, LLC/Pet Sitter are not responsible for carpet. flooring, stains created by pet(s). We do request that client provide plastic bags, towels, cleaning products, paper towels, trash bags and indicate where client would like waste disposed of.
If the client has an alarm, please contact the alarm company and tell them the client has hired Got 2 Petsit, LLC. Please provide to Got 2 petsit, LLC /Pet Sitter the code to deactivate and activate the system and password in case of accidentally setting off the alarm. If client is uncomfortable giving Got 2 Petsit, LLC this information, please set up a temporary code and password for our purposes. If an alarm is set and no prior arrangements have been made, Got 2 Petsit, LLC /Pet Sitter is not responsible for any changes associated with the alarm going off when entering the premises.
Providing reliable entry to the home for Got 2 petsit, LLC/Pet Sitter is the sole responsibility of the client. Got 2 petsit, LLC /Pet Sitter cannot be held liable for lost, stolen, or misplaced keys. However, we will accept garage door openers and keypad as the only means of entry to a clients home home however, the client should understand the risk of Got 2 petsit, LLC/Pet Sitter not being able to access their home/pet(s) due to power and battery outages. Arrangements should be made between the client and the pet sitter for a safe and secure method of entry into the home at the meet and greet visit. We suggest secure lock boxes or realtor boxes if you do not have a keyless entry. A $35 trip fee will be invoiced for extra trips to pick up or drop off keys after your initial meet and greet visit. It is always a good idea to leave a hard copy of a key with a family member or neighbor for access in the event of a power/battery outage. We ask that clients provide to Got 2 petsit, LLC, 2 copies of keys to keep on file under lock and key in our office and to sign out one key to the assigned Pet Sitter using the Time To Pet key tracking option within the management system under the clients profile for their trip. The Pet Sitter will return the key to Got 2 Petsit at the end of their vacation trip assignment. The second key is for emergencies. Client understands that without a hard copy and two keys on file that service may be disrupted if power/battery outage occurs and no hard copy key is provided.
If sever weather occurs, your sitter will try to carry out your instructions to the best of their ability. Please understand that we will provide service, but not until conditions allow us to reach your home safely. In case of lightening and hard rain/storms, sleet, snow and icy conditions, or extreme heat or cold, we reserve the right to change dog walks into Home Visits allowing your pet(s)/dog to be relieved in your yard with playtime and hugs inside to keep them safe. We also reserve the right to cancel in severe conditions that make it unsafe for our sitters, including Acts of God or natural disaster that inhibits us from getting through to your home.
Any additional necessary costs such as food, litter, cleaning supplies, or other necessary items that contribute to the health and well being of the client’s pet will be purchased by Got 2 petsit, LLC / Pet Sitter. We will retain a receipt and the client will be automatically charged for reimbursement of the items. Also, a $35 trip fee will be applied. Client agrees to reimburse Pet Sitter/Got 2 petsit, LLC for expenses incurred, plus any additional fees for attending to the need and expense.
Other fess for additional services or circumstances may apply. A 3% processing fee is added to cover the cost of credit/debit card processing. Any additional visits made or services performed shall be paid for at the agreed contract rate. Got 2 petsit, LLC / Pet Sitter is authorized to perform care and services as outlined in this contract.
Got 2 petsit, LLC has a NON -SOLICITATION POLICY with all of our sitters and walkers,. We allow communication between out clients and our pet sitter/dog walkers either by phone or text or in the email system within the client profile management system during our business hours or on the weekends if they are caring for a client pet(s) however, all services must be booked through the owner of Got 2 petsit, LLC either by by Time To Pet scheduling software, phone, or email. Please DO NOT call or text our sitters for scheduling request changes. Our sitters contract with Got 2 petsit, LLC. They are bound by legal contract to not take our clients on as their own and not do side work or “under the table” work for Got 2 Petsit, LLC clients.
Got 2 petsit, LLC reserves the right to terminate this contract at any time before or during its term, if Pet Sitter/Got 2 petsit, LLC in its sole discretion determines that Client’s pet(s) poses a danger to the health and safety to itself or the Pet Sitter, if concerns prohibit the Pet Sitter from caring for the Client’s Pet(s), The Client will be notified and given the alternative to authorize pet to be placed in a kennel, with all charges there from to be charged to client.
Client authorizes this contract to be valid approval for future services of any purpose provided by this contract permitting Got 2 petsit, LLC to accept telephone and text reservations through the Time To Pet (online profile or Time to Pet mobile app) for service and entry into the
client’s premises without additional signed contracts or written authorization.
Got 2 petsit, LLC / Pet Sitter agrees to provide the services stated in this contract in a reliable, caring and trustworthy manner. In consideration of these services and as an express condition there of, the client expressly waives and relinquishes any and all claims against said Pet Sitter/Got 2 petsit, LLC except those arising from negligence or willfull misconduct on the part of the Pet Sitter/Got 2 petsit, LLC.
