There are several ways to make a Request for Service for  New clients and Existing Clients

New Clients:

 1. Use the New Client Create Account & New Form Quote Button on the website

 a. Sign/Initial the contract form

 b. It will then lead you to create a login and password to the Time to Pet Management system we use for creating your profile, booking and payments.

 c. Once created and you log in go to the “Details“ tab and scroll to the bottom to “New Client Quote Pet Care Details” Form to answer the questions and submit to us.

 d. Once we receive your request for dates and service on the form, we will email a quote to you based on your answers within 24-48 hours. We will then call to make sure you received it and further discuss any details. Lastly, we will then schedule a meet and greet FREE of charge to meet To meet you and your pet(s) and finalize payment before service.

3. New clients may use the contact from within the website to reach out and request dates for service. 

 A. We will email you back the link above to set up a login and password  to the Time To Pet System to create a profile and fill out the Client Quote For Pet Care Details

Existing Clients:

* May use the online portal button on the website to access and log in to their account anytime to make request for service, update information, make payments and more.

* Existing Clients who have downloaded the time to pet app for Android  or Apple and created an account may make requests through their profile At the Got 2 petsit page.

We require all pets (cats, dogs, birds, rabbits) to have the appropriate vaccinations up to date at all times  whether this is yearly or bi- yearly. You may update this information by logging into your profile within the Time To Pet System.

A Meet and Greet is an appointment we offer free of charge to clients who have requested and agreed to a service. It is time to meet you and your pet (s) so we can get to know each other before service begins. It is also a time to capture any information that has not been filled out in your account profile, answer any questions you may have, and see where the pet sitter stays if it is Ann overnight. Where the pets food and food bowls are located. There leash, harness, collars, supplies, cat box , litter etc are kept.

It is during the meet and greet that any codes to garages and doors will be obtained as well as any alarm codes and keys to be distributed so we may service your pets. 

Overnight Pet Sitting appointments can last up to 11-12 hours. They begin between 7-9pm and last until 7/8am. 

Our Extended Stay Overnights are longer and you can read how they last in the description On our website. They typically start within a few hours of your departure and end a few hours before your arrival back.

The dog walking/Home Visit Subscription is a monthly subscription that is paid up front Monthly and includes up to 20 visits a month. It can be for all dog walk, home visit or a mixture of each. Once your have requested service, your account has been created and payment accepted, we can start your subscription. Each Monthly payment after the initial will be charged tour credit card that is required to be kept on file and current within your time to pet profile. Each subsequent month will be set up on an automatic payment to take place no later than Ethan the 5th of the month.

Since this subscription is highly discounted, we do not offer refunds on canceled appointments. We also have the right in inclement whether to change your dog walk to a home visit in order to keep your pet(s) safe. 

When service has been rendered, your assigned pet sitter(s) will fill out a report within the time to pet management system including cute pictures and notes of your pet(s). Those reports fro each service will be sent onto you via your email on file at the end of each service.

Got 2 petsit, accepts all major credit and debit cards and requires that they be kept current and up to date within your  profile in the time to pet management system. 

We do not allow camera usage in the Bedrooms and bathrooms or any other area that you have designated the pet sitters sleep during service. We have the right to refuse and stop service immediately if we locate cameras are on or have been used in these areas during a  pet sitting appointment.  

Here’s how cancelations are handled:

Individual Home Visits, Dog Walks daytime By The Hour Pet Sitting, Yoga Sessions, Grooming Sessions and Taxi Service  appointments :

require 24 hours prior cancelation or the client will be charged the current rate in full. 

Overnight Petsitting and Extended Stay Overnights are non-refundable if canceled. However, if canceled 3 months or more in advance  we will credit your account for a pro-rated amount to use toward your next scheduled trip. 

Any cancellations less than 3 months in advance  we cannot fill and still need to pay our sitters for lost time.

However, we understand that emergencies happen, those situations if brought to managements attention by written email will be considered on a case by case basis.  

Grooming sessions will be scheduled through the time to pet system  and require:

24 hours notice of cancel/reschedule of appointment.

Failure to cancel /reschedule (no show) will be charged the full amount of the service for the groomers time.

Yoga sessions will be scheduled through the time to pet system requiring set up and maintain current information within your profile. 

Cancellations/reschedule require 24 hours notice. A no show or forgotten cancellation the client will be charged for the session.

If you forget to cancel or no show to a package appointment , you will forfeit that session .

There are no refunds on packages.

You may request a Gift Certificate for purchase by creating a time to pet account and creating your profile. 

If you are an existing client you may access Gift Certificates through the online portal or mobile app. 

Gift certificated are redeemable and expire 1 year after the date of purchase.
