VIP Terms & Conditions

Membership Fees

Memberships are billed monthly and are non-refundable
Membership fees are separate from service charges

Priority Scheduling

Priority booking means VIP requests are scheduled before non-members
Platinum members receive guaranteed priority during the holidays.
All bookings remain subject to sitter availability and safety considerations.

Discounts & Add-Ons

Complimentary add0ons do not roll over month to month
Add -Ons have no cash value and can not be transferred
Discounts do not apply retroactively

Holiday Services

Silver and Gold Members receive early access and reduced holiday surcharges
Platinum members receive guaranteed availability when booked by holiday cut off date..

Minimum Commitment

Minimum 3-month commitment required for all VIP memberships
Memberships may be cancelled after the minimum 3 month term and with 30 days prior written notice.

Service Area

Complimentary pet taxi applies within standard services areas only.
